Eltrombo 25 mg (Eltrombopag Olamine) is a prescribed medication specifically designed to address low platelet count levels resulting from chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) or chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. These conditions pose a risk of bleeding, and Eltrombo 25 mg aids in managing them effectively. It is also utilized in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia by stimulating bone marrow cell production and increasing platelet levels, thus minimizing bleeding risks.

In patients with deleterious or suspected deleterious gBRCAm, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer who have previously been treated with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant or metastatic setting. Patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive breast cancer should have been treated with a prior endocrine therapy or be considered inappropriate for endocrine treatment.

Thalidomide is primarily indicated for
the acute treatment of the cutaneous manifestances of
moderate to severe Erythema Nodosum Leprosum (ENL).
• Thalidomide is also indicated in the treatment of
Multiple myeloma. • Partially designed orphan drug for
use in the treatment or prevention of unresponsive
chronic graft-versus-host disease, discoid lupus
erythematosus, and Behcet’s syndrome and for treatment
of refractor oropharyngeal ulceration and washing in
AIDS patients. Thalidomide has the potential for
treatment of breast cancer, Kaposi Sarcoma and
glioblastoma also.

ANZAKAST is used in treatment of early breast cancer in postmenopausal women. ANZAKAST is also used for Treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

Lenalidomide, sold under the trade name Lenakast among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma (MM) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). For MM it is used after at least one other treatment and generally together with dexamethasone. It is taken by mouth.

The dose may need to be adjusted in people with kidney problems.It has a chemical structure similar to thalidomide but has a different mechanism of action.

administration of Cytarabine Injection is indicated in the
prophylaxis and treatment of meningeal leukemia.

Dacarbazine Injection IP 200 mg is indicated in
the treatment of metastatic malignant melanoma. In addition,
Dacarbazine Injection IP 200 mg is also indicated for Hodgkin’s
disease as a secondary – line – therapy when used in
combination with other effective agents.

Etoposide Injection is indicated in
the management of the following neoplasms: Refractory Testicular
Tumors: Etoposide Injection in combination therapy with other
approved chemotherapeutic agents in patients with refractory
testicular tumors who have already received appropriate surgical,
chemotherapeutic, and radiotherapeutic therapy. Small Cell Lung
Cancer: Etoposide Injection and/or capsules in combination with
other approved chemotherapeutic agents as first line treatment in
patients with small cell lung cancer.

• Apragem in combination with carboplatin is indicated for the treatment of patients with
  advanced ovarian cancer that has relapsed at least 6 months after completion of platinum-based
  therapy.
• Apragem in combination with paclitaxel is indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior anthracycline- containing adjuvant chemotherapy, unless anthracyclineswere clinically contraindicated

·         Metastatic Testicular cancer: In established combination therapy with other approvaed chemotherapeutic agents in patients with metastic surgical and/or radio therapeutic procedures.

·         Metastatic Ovarian cancer: In established combination therapy with other approved chemotherapeutic agents cisplatin Injection is used in patients with metastatic overian tumors who have already received appropriate surgical and/or radio therapeutic procedures.

·         Docetaxel is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior chemotherapy.

·         Docetaxel in combination with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of patients with operable node-positive breast cancer.

·         Docetaxel is also indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non- small cell lung cancer after failure of prior platinum- based chemotherapy.

·         Docetaxel is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior chemotherapy.

·         Docetaxel in combination with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of patients with operable node-positive breast cancer.

·         Docetaxel is also indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non- small cell lung cancer after failure of prior platinum- based chemotherapy.

DORUcIN is anticancer drug indicated in the treatment of various types of neoplasia, both acute & chronic leukaemia lymphomata, soft tissue sarcomata, breast and lung cancer.

• Leucokast is indicated after high dose methotrexate therapy in osteosarcoma.
• Leucokast is also indicated to diminish the toxicity and counteract the efiects of impaired methotrexate elimination and of inadvexent overdosages of folic acid antagonists.

SOFOKAST is a hepatitis c virus (HcV) nucleotide analog NSSB polymerase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of:
